Access Control
There are many applications for access control products. Access control is used in instances where only authorized personel can enter certain areas.
This can include entrances into office complexes, residential communities, apartment complexes, buildings, pools, rooms, closets, parking decks, safes and vaults, etc. There are many
different types of access control, including: card readers, magnetic locks, fingerprint readers, etc. Below are some of these products.

Card Readers
The readers output the card data to the access controller (by way of an access card) where the decision
to grant or deny access is made. These readers are ideal for both pedestrian and vehicular access control.
Proximity cards transmit their information to the card reader without any physical contact. This
provides an easy to use vandal resistant system. Access is granted when a valid card is presented to the card reader.
This can be used for time - date & attendance.

Magnetic Gate Locks
Magnetic gate locks are put on metal gates (usually outside) that activate upon entering a code on a keypad, using
the correct card on a card reader, or even using a "Push to exit" button located inside the controlled area.
The electromagnet on the gate keeps the door closed and cannot be opened do to the exsessive force it can handle
(up to 1200 lbs).
Magnetic Door Locks
Magnetic door locks can be installed on any door. The "mag" lock is one of the most versatile devices used in
electronically locking/unlocking as it can be installed in the floor, top of the door, or even the frame.

Keypad Readers
Keypad readers operate by keeping an area, door, gate system, etc. locked, only to be opened when someone inputs
the correct code on the keypad. Once the correct code is input will the area be accessible. We have many different
applications for keypad readers, as well as many manufacturers and models, all of which we will professionally install for you.
